The LLRA consists of the residents of Landis Lakes as well as those in The Woods of Landis Lakes and Academy Ridge. The overseeing board's main responsibility is to maintain the pool and clubhouse. The board is made up of a single representative of each of the three neighborhood boards. On occasion, the LLRA will call meetings of the home association boards of the three neighborhoods. The LLRA uses the services of Kentucky Realty Corporation to maintain clubhouse rentals and pool management, as well as collects dues. The current board members of the LLRA include the following:

There is a committee that benefits the residents of the three neighborhoods that make up the Landis Lakes Recreation Association that focuses on offering community events such as concerts, and holiday themed activities around Christmas, Halloween and Easter. While it is not affiliated directly with the LLCA or LLRA, we are thankful for what this committee contributes. It runs on it's own budget, so there are no association dues from the LLCA and LLRA that contribute to these events. LLRA DUES* FOR 2025 - $425
The dues increased in 2025 due to the the inflation in utility costs and scheduled projects for the coming year. These projects incude the replacement of some of the patio furniture, maintenance repairs on the pool deck, resurfacing and striping of the parking lot and improving the landscape that is overgown and very old. The dues should be received by January 31, 2025.

GUEST OPTIONS:
Guest fee is $6 per guest which is purchased via Memberment and then used upon entering the pool with Memberment. Cash purchases are not an option. Six complimentary guest passes are included with each family's Memberment account (not per family member). Guest passes expire at the end of the season.

$250 per day for rentals ($200 refundable deposit also required, which is returned if clubhouse passes inspection after event). For online copy of rental form, click here.
