POOL OPENS
SATURDAY, MAY 25
Pool season begins Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 25. Make sure your LLCA dues are paid in full to enjoy this wonderful community amenity.
KEEP YARDS LOOKING NICE
As spring has sprung, please make sure to keep your yards well kept and grass cut. This time of year may require more frequent cutting than hotter months in the summer. Thanks for keeping our community looking nice!
ANNUAL MEETING RECAP
The all-neighborhood meeting took place Thursday, January 18th, at the clubhouse. The current board was voted back into office to serve in 2024. The current board members are Brian Glanz, Doug Rankin, and Steve Pursell. We are grateful for their willingness to serve our community and for their sacrifice of time and energy to carry out the duties of the board. The 2024 budget and the 2023 objectives that were met are just a couple of the items that were discussed and approved.
